BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - MATLOCK ROAD, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect-fa) The temporary closure of Matlock Road,

Brighton, at its junction with Dyke Road, Brighton for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
2. The Order is necessary to allow Contractors to carry out works on an electrical connection.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained, and vehicular traffic will be diverted as signed.

This Order comes into force on 6 December 2021 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be the 14 December 2021. Dated: 24 November 2021.
