NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all enabling legislation. The orders will further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Parking Places for Pedal Cycles, Oxford) Consolidation (Variation) Order 2009; the Oxfordshire County Council (Jericho) (Parking Places and Controlled Parking Zone) Order 2000 and the Oxfordshire County Council (North Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004, with the effect of introducing new 5 meters long pedal cycle parking facilities within the Parking Zones.:
? Cranham Street a section of cycle parking on the southeast side outside of property No. 35; and in
? Nelson Street a section of cycle parking on the south side outside of property No. 32, both in place of existing 'no waiting at any time' restrictions.
? Great Clarendon Street a section of cycle parking on the northwest side opposite property No. 77; and in
? Hayfield Road 2 sections of cycle parking, 1) on the west side outside property No.55, and 2) on the east side outside No.36 - both resulting in a small reduction in length of permit holders parking places.
