Notice is given that Bayley Eyley and Pappo Limited has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The premises will be a cafe, bakery, restaurant, and wine bar, within the pedestrianised new shopping precinct at Westway Square in Botley. There will be indoor seating for approximately 60-80 people, with an outdoor seating area for between 40-60 people which will be fenced off with large planters. There will be a bar area within the space that patrons can be served from, or we will also be offering table service. Our licensable activities will include the sale of alcohol for both on and off the premises, as well as, on occasion live and recorded music. Our opening hours from Sunday through to Thursday are 07.00 - 23.00 with our alcohol sales from 8.00 - 22.30. Friday & Saturday we are open from 7.00 - 01.00 with alcohol sales from 8.00 - 00.30
