BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL Brighton (Downland) Definitive Map and Statement THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (Brighton Bridleway B80) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2021 The above Order made on 2 June 2021 under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 was confirmed without modification by Brighton & Hove City Council on 30 September 2021. The effect of the Order is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement by adding the path or way described in the Schedule below. A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order map may be viewed at Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove BN3 3BQ during office hours and may be seen online at:
