BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (CONTROL OF OFF-STREET PARKING) 2021

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the

Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effect of the Order:

The effect of the Order is to

i) Include an additional off-street car park as detailed below in Schedule 1. Schedule 1

The restrictions and charges (if applicable) in the existing Council off-street car parks remain the same and will be consolidated into this Order. Order consolidated and revoked:
