BRIGHTON & HOVE (STANMER PARK) VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS AND OFF-ROAD PARKING ORDER 2020 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.2 2021 (REF: TRO-15-2021)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 8th September 2021 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 18th September 2021 will introduce the following:
- Amends the classes of vehicle permitted in Lower Lodges (east) and Lower Lodges (west) -vehicles over a certain height will be restricted in Lower Lodges (west) and all vehicle types will be permitted in Lower Lodges (east).
- Amends the provisions in Patchway A and Patchway B car parks and allows for Plumpton College permits during term time in the main Patchway car park.
- Replaces the drop off point by Stanmer House with limited waiting for 30 minutes (Mon-Sun 9am to 8pm - no return within 1 hour).
- Changes locations of the loading bays in the Walled Gardens area.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
