NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE / CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Eight Bells, Eaton, Oxford OX13 5PR Notice is given that Sheehan H & P Ltd has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 (in this case sale of alcohol). The proposed licensable activities are: Monday - Friday 15.00 - 23.00 Saturday - Sunday 12.00 - 23.00 Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Abingdon OX14 4SB or email to

licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 6th October 2021

Date of Notice: 6th September 2021 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
