Enforcement Notices No. 2020/5 and 2020/6 Land at Mount Pleasant Farm, Chapel lane, Northmoor A Public Inquiry against the above planning enforcement notices will be held [under Section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) before an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government will commence on Tuesday 24th August 2021 at 10:00 am at the Council Chamber, Woodgreen, Witney.
The event will sit for three days initially (24tti-26th August inclusive), with a possible fourth day reserved for Thursday 2nd September 2021. Interested parties may attend and, at the Inspector's discretion, give their views. A series of measures are likely to be in place to minimise transmission of the Covid-19 vims and anyone who has any symptoms of Covid-19 should not attend and should follow the Governments self-isolation guidance.
