In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended), Cherwell District Council hereby notify that planning permission was granted for application 20/03199/OUT which was accompanied by an EIA. The full description of development for which planning permission has been granted is: Variation of condition 13 (extent of employment development usage) of 19/00347/OUT - to enable up to 85% of the commercial site to be occupied for Use Class B8.
