(EAST OXFORD) (CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE, WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIATION N0.33) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 12 July 2021 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders, which come into effect on 19 July further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007, the Oxfordshire County Council (Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004, the Oxfordshire County Council (Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2005, the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Cowley Marsh Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2020, and the Oxfordshire County Council (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone, Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010.
The effect of the orders, in accordance with parking policy & planning permissions is to amend eligibility of the following properties to apply for Residents & Visitors Parking Permits as follows: Summertown:
a) exclude No.18 Hemes Road, and No.57 (Flats 1 - 6) Victoria Road from eligibility to apply for residents & visitor permits, and

b) limit Nos. 23A & 23B Stratfield Road to apply for 1 residents permit each plus the standard allowance of visitor permits.

North Summertown:
a) exclude Nos.45A & 45B Davenant Road from eligibility;

b) exclude No.34A Davenant Road from eligibility to apply for residents (visitor permits allowed). Headington Central: exclude Nos.18 & 18A Osier Road from eligibility,

Cowley Marsh: exclude from eligibility 9 new dwellings at site of Ashlar House, Glanville Road. East Oxford:
a) exclude from eligibility 12 new dwellings at site of 44 Princess Street, and b) the 14 new dwellings at site of 5 Collins Street.

c) Nos.47,48,48A & 49 Marston Street to be limited to apply for 1 residents permit per property plus visitor permits.

Also road markings have been changed as follows:
North Summertown - to extend the existing Double Yellow Lines outside No.38 Blandford Avenue by 6.5 metres to facilitate a new access, reducing the existing two hour parking bay by the same amount.
