THE CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (ELECTRIC PLUG-IN VEHICLE PARK AND CHARGE SPACES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cherwell District Council proposes, following consultation with the Police and with the consent of the Oxfordshire County Council, to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is to vary the Cherwell District Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Banbury, Bicester and Kidlington) (No. 2) Order 2011, in order to allow for the introduction of parking bays for the use of charging electric plug-in vehicles at such of the Council's off-street parking places as it may determine from time to time. Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft Order which may be seen, together with a statement of the Councils reasons for proposing to make the Order and a copy of the existing Order to be amended in part, at the Council's main office at the address below between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Mondays to Fridays and on the Council's website at
