Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Tasker Close, Corsham; from its junction with Bellot Drive for its entire length. Syon Close, Corsham; from its junction with Bellot Drive for its entire length. Yockney Close, Corsham; from its junction with Bellot Drive for its entire length. Tropenell Close, Corsham; from its junction with Bellot Drive for its entire length to enable Cigaclear Limited to carry out excavation work to lay fibre optic cables. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 21 June 2021 and the closure will be required until 02 July 2021. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: a) C155 (Part) High Street; from its junction with West Street to its junction with The Wharf/Hither Way. b) CI55 (Part) The Wharf; from its junction with High Street to its junction with Bewley Lane, c) Bewley Lane; from its junction with The Wharf to its junction with Naish Hill, d) Naish Hill (Part); from its junction with Bewley Lane in a westerly direction to its junction with Mons Lane (Reybridge). e) Mons Lane (Part); from a point approximately 70m south of its junction with Naish Hill (Reybridge) in a north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 1 km to a point adjacent Great Notton Farm, f) Nethercote Hill; from its junction with Footpath 15 to its junction with Church Street, g) Church Street (Part); from its junction with Nethercote Hill to its junction with East Street, h) East Street; from its junction with Church Street to its junction with High Street, i) Naish Hill/Bewley Lane North (Part); from its junction with Bewley Lane in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 1 km towards Ash Hill Farm, j) Hither Way (Part); from its junction with The Wharf for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a westerly direction to enable Relish the Great Outdoors Ltd to carry out Lacock Half Marathon, 10Km and 5Km race. Alternative route: via A350 (to Chippenham) - B4643 - A4 (Chippenham) - A342 (Chippenham - Lacock) - Bowden Hill and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 27 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:15 and 13:00 for 1 day. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Traffic Management Act 2004 The County of Wiltshire (Westbury, Heywood and Dilton Marsh) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment No.1) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Westbury, Heywood and Dilton Marsh Consolidation Order 2019 by revoking Map Schedule No FR30 dated 20/05/2019 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule No FR30 the effect of which will be as follows:

To introduce No waiting at any time on the following lengths of road: Orchard Road - western side - from a point 26 metres north west of its junction with The Butts for a distance of 42 metres; Orchard Road - western side - from a point 5 metres north west of the southern boundary of No. 11 Orchard Road for a distance of 6 metres; Orchard Road - western side - from a point 6 metres north west of the southern boundary of No.13 Orchard Road for a distance of 19 metres; Orchard Road (southern cul-de-sac) - both sides - from the western boundary of No.16 Orchard Road for the complete length including the turning head; Orchard Road (northern cul-de-sac) -both sides - the complete length including the turning head.

Please note this notice supersedes previously advertised proposals on 12 February 2021 and 26 February 2021 due to administrative errors.
