CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984 SECTION 14. AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING & PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC VARIOUS LOCATIONS
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install electric vehicle parking bays and charging points they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking and pedestrian traffic in the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:

a) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in the sections of road listed in column 2 of the Schedule to this Notice;

b) Footway closures will apply in the sections of footway listed in column 3 of the Schedule to this Notice and pedestrians will be directed into a walkway in the carriageway.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 21 June 2021 and remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS FOUNTAIN ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR PARKING

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer and surface water connections, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular parking in Fountain Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, all parking bays in Fountain Road will be temporarily suspended to facilitate the sewer and surface water connection works.

3. The Order will come into operation on 28 June 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED. THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS NEWARK ROAD. SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate equipment upgrade works on behalf of BT they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict parking in Newark Road, South Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be suspended and temporary waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced operating "at any time' on the north (odd-numbered) side of Newark Road outside Nos. 33 to 41.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 18 June 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS THORNELOE GARDENS. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN & VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate drainage connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Thorneloe Gardens, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Thorneloe Gardens will be closed to vehicular traffic for a distance of 5 metres either side of the vehicular access situated between Nos. 28 and 38 to 44 Thorneloe Gardens;

b) The north-western footway of Thorneloe Gardens will be closed to pedestrians for a distance of 5 metres either side of the vehicular access situated between Nos. 28 and 38 to 44 Thorneloe Gardens. Pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footway.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for traffic will be as specified below and appropriately signed.

- Approach from Goodwin Road northbound - Denning Avenue, Crowley Crescent, Barrow Road.

- Approach from Goodwin Road southbound - Waddon Way, Bates Crescent, Thorneloe Gardens.

- Approach from Houlder Crescent - Denning Avenue, Crowley Crescent, Barrow Road.

- Approach from Violet Gardens - Waddon Way, Bates Crescent, Thorneloe Gardens.

- Approach from Barrow Road - Waddon Way, Goodwin Road.

- Approach from Thorneloe Gardens eastbound - Barrow Road, Waddon Way, Goodwin Road.

4. The Order will come into operation on 21 June 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 16 July 2021. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS CLIFTON ROAD. SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Clifton Road, South Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place,

a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Clifton Road at its junction with Selhurst Road;

b) Free Parking will be temporarily suspended outside No.1 to No.12 Alverstone Gardens.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Selhurst Road, Park Road, Bungalow Road and Clifton Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 21 September 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
