Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Bampton, Weald Street

Prohibition of Through Traffic

Date of Order: 21 June 2021 Coming into force: 28 June 2021 This Order is being introduced because of sewer repairs which are anticipated to be completed on 9 July 2021. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the part of Weald Street near The Cottage. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the A4095, the unnamed nearby road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T8922/RAG)

Eynsham, Station Road

Prohibition of Through Traffic

Date of Order: 21 June 2021 Coming into force: 28 June 2021 This Order is being introduced because of connection of a new water main connection which is anticipated to be completed on 12 July 2021. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the section of Station Road north of the B4449 roundabout. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Acre End Street - Oxford Road - B4449 and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T8852/RAG)_

Stonesfield - Various Roads

Prohibition of Through Traffic

Date of Order: 10 May 2021 Coming into force: 18 May 2021 This Order is being introduced because of the installation of fibre optic cables at the following locations and dates: Laughton Hill, from 18 May to 4 June, between New Haven and Crook Cottage; Church Street, from 15 June to 23 July, between Woodstock Road and The Studio; High Street, from 26 July to 2 August, between New School House and Cross Tree House; Peaks Lane, from 3 to 16 August, between Woodstock Road and Pond Hill. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative routes for traffic will be signed as necessary.

Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of road. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T8728/AC)
