Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Art 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mr David Anthony Davies late of 5 St Andrews Square Woodstock 0X201XQ, who died on the 10 October 2020 is hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned the Solicitors for the Personal Representatives on or before the 14/07/2021 After this date the Personal Representatives will distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claim and interests of which they shall then have had notice. In respect of the assets of any part thereof so distributed, the Personal Representatives will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
