(VARIATION N0.1) ORDER 20** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order will further amend The Oxfordshire County Council (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007, The Oxfordshire County Council (Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2005, The Oxfordshire County Council (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010, the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Cowley Marsh Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2020, and The Oxfordshire County Council (Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2004. The effect of the proposals in accordance with planning permissions is as follows:

A. to amend eligibility of the following properties to apply for Residents & Visitors Parking Permits:



? Summertown exclude No.57 (Flats 1 - 6) Victoria Road from eligibility,



? North Summertown exclude Nos.45 & 45A Davenant Road from eligibility,



? Headington Central exclude Nos.18 & 18A Osier Road from eligibility,



? East Oxford a) Nos.47,48,48A & 49 Marston Street to be limited to apply for 1 residents permit per property & visitor permits, b) exclude from eligibility 12 new dwellings at site of 44 Princess Street, and c) 14 new dwellings at site of 5 Collins Street.



? Cowley Marsh exclude from eligibility 9 new dwellings at site of Ashlar House, Glanville Road.



B. to amend parking restrictions at the following location as follows:



? North Summertown to extend the existing Double Yellow Lines outside No.38 Blandford Avenue by 6.5 metres to facilitate a new access, reducing the existing two hour parking bay (permit holders exempt) by the same amount.

Copies may be made available on request. Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below by the 30 April 2021.
