NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary
of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine Milton under Wychwood Claimed Footpath (Whole) Public Path Extinguishment Order 2019.
The appointed Inspector will open the public Inquiry as a virtual event on Tuesday 13 April 2021 at 10.00am. Anyone wishing to attend the inquiry virtually must register that interest with the Planning Inspectorate Case Officer as soon as possible prior to the Inquiry either by email or telephone, details of which are set out at the bottom of this notice.
To take part using video, participants will need to have access to Microsoft Teams (via an app or web browser). The link

Registered participants will receive individual joining instructions, providing details of any requirements, guidance and support, whether joining by Teams or telephone. The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to EXTINGUISH the entire width of that length of Milton Under Wychwood Claimed Footpath running from OS Grid RefSP 42645 21783 (Point A) in a easterly direction for approximately 107m to SP 42654 21788 (Point B) then in a southerly direction for approximately 95m to OS Grid Ref SP 42661 21782 (Point C) as shown by a continuous bold black line between Points A, B and C on the plan attached to the Order.
