NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND
COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire Byway Open to All Traffic Nos. 12 and 13, Parish of Brize Norton Definitive Map Modification Order 2019
On the 22 February 2021, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -Adding to them the Byways Open to All Traffic: No. 12 from Restricted Byway No. 10 in the parish of Minster Lovell at grid reference SP 2990 0990, south lor approx. 144m to the northern boundary of the A40 at SP29910975 No.13 from the southern boundary of the A40 at grid reference SP 2991 0971 south for approx. 1312m to the B4477at SP2998 0840.
Adding to them the Byways Open to All Traffic: No. 12 from Restricted Byway No. 10 in the parish of Minster Lovell at grid reference SP 2990 0990, south lor approx. 144m
the northern boundary of the A40 at SP29910975 No.13 from the southern boundary of the A40 at grid reference SP 2991 0971 south for approx. 1312m to the B4477at SP2998 0840.
It is not possible to view the Notices and Orders at local council offices as they are temporarily closed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. A copy of the Orders and the Order maps may be: -

The order as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 25 February 2021, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
