NOTICE OF MAKING OF MODIFICATION ORDERS HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council, Goring Heath Footpath No 27 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2021
The Order, made on 22nd February 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 175m of Goring Heath Fp 27 running soulh-south-westwards through Beech Wood from OS Grid Reference SU 6344 7908 to SU 6339 7892 to a new line running for 174m through Beech Wood from SU 6344 7908, west-north-westwards to SU 6342 7909, west-south-westwards to SU 6336 7906 and then south-south-westwards to SU 6333 7898 to join Fp 26 as shown on the Order map.

The Order, made on 22nd February 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 413m of Godington Fp 6 running westwards for approximately 339m from OS Grid Reference SP 6345 2698 to Godington Farm at SP 6311 2695 and then north-westwards for approximately 74m to its junction with the Godington Road at SP 6305 2700 to a new line running for 278m west-norlh-westwards from SP 6345 2698 to Godington Road at SP 6318 2706 as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford 0X1 1ND at counnysiderecords@
not later than 26th March 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
