Submission of further information relating to proposed developments at Finmere Quarry, Banbury Road, Finmere, Buckinghamshire, MK18 4AJ
I give notice that AT Contracting & Plant Hire Limited has submitted further information comprising additional drainage details and a revised restoration scheme in connection with the following planning applications submitted to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission:
MW.0026/19 - Extension of area approved for clay extraction (application dated 28/02/19 and validated 07/03/19)
MW.0027/19 - Extension to the area for non hazardous waste landfill (application dated 28/02/19 and validated 07/03/19)
MW.0029/19 - Section 73 application to planning permission 15/02059/CM to allow for the operation of the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) until January 2028 (application dated 28/02/19 and validated 19/03/19) MW.0030/19 - Extension to area approved for sand and gravel extraction and retention of processing and concrete batching plants (application dated 28/02/19 and validated 07/03/2019)
MW.0031/19 - Application for secondary aggregate recycling (application dated 28/02/19 and validated 07/03/19)
MW.0041/19 - Continued use of a clean water lagoon and silt pond in phase 1 of the area approved for the extraction of sand and gravel and clay for the use in landfill engineering under planning permission 17/02083/CM (MW.0083/17) and the temporary use of phase 2 for the continued stockpiling of overburden and similar site derived materials and the restoration of the application site to nature conservation (application dated 28/03/19 and validated 28/03/19)

The County Council considers that applications MW.0026/19, MW.0027/19 and MW.0030/19 do not accord with the policies in the development plan for the County. The decision notices will be available online once the applications have been decided. NOTE Consideration of the developments may take place in public and representations may be published.The proposals may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision).
