Notice is given that Robert McGregor and Samuel Smith have applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:

1. We wish to drop the conditions on the current license that restrict drinking alcohol only with meals, and all the conditions for specific drinking/eating hours on Good Friday and Christmas. We want to have a small drinking only trade as well as the restaurant trade.

2. We wish to include a small outside area for drinking and eating in the garden at the back of the restaurant, although we want to limit its use to 10.30pm when we would shut it.

3. We are making some superficial layout changes to the restaurant and so we are submitting a new floor plan with the outside area in which we intend to facilitate the consumption of alcohol and food in.

4. We are adding in a disabled toilet/baby change area as there is currently neither. This will mean there are Men, Women and Disabled toilets. This will be apparent on the new floor plan.

5. We do not wish to alter the sale of alcohol hours in any way, but we do wish to open an hour earlier in the week (10am), and two hours earlier on Sunday (10am) as we will be serving brunch.
