NOTICE OF COMING INTO FORCE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119 PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER South Oxfordshire District Council Public Footpath Wallingford No. 17 (Park Farm House, Castle Street) Public Path Diversion Order 2020

On 23 October 2020 South Oxfordshire District Council confirmed

the above Order.

The effect of the Order was to divert the footpath described in

schedule 1 to this notice as shown on the order map.

It was a requirement of article 2 of the confirmed Order that there

shall be created to the reasonable satisfaction of Oxfordshire

County Council an alternative highway for use as a replacement

for said footpath as set out in Part 2 of the Schedule and by virtue

of article 3 the diversion specified above was not to take effect

until Oxfordshire County Council had certified that the provisions

of article 2 had been complied with.

On 5 January 2021, in accordance with articles 2 and 3 of the

above named Order, Oxfordshire County Council certified that the

works to the footpath specified in article 2 had been completed

to its satisfaction thereby bringing the Order into effect.
