The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:
P20/S3820/FUL - convert garage/shed to habitable space for elderly parents
- insulation works to roof, walls and floors

- new floor finish throughout following insulation works

- new heating system

- replace existing single glazed roof lights with double glazed ones, appearance to be like for like

- internal alterations- install new, small, flush sitting roof lights over the new kitchen area for daylight and ventilation

- replace modern garage doors with traditional casement windows

- replace 2no side doors into garage with double glazed traditional casement windows

- replace existing window into garage 1 with traditional casement window for new bedroom
