NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way

for Oxfordshire Drayton St Leonard Byway Open to All Traffic No 14 Modification Order 2020 The above Order made on the 20 July 2020, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-Adding to them a Byway Open To All Traffic from the metalled unclassified highway as shown on the List of Streets, approximately 100 metres south-east of the junction of High Street and Water Lane at grid reference SU 5985 9607, south for approximately 54 metres to the ford crossing the River Thame at grid reference SU 5986 9602, crossing the ford in a south-easterly direction for approximately 21 metres to the eastern bank of the river at grid reference SU 5988 9600 at its junction with Restricted Byway No 7. . Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Countryside Records, Oxfordshire County Council, Ground Floor, County Hall, Oxford OX1 1ND, or

countrysiderecords@oxfordshire.gov.uk

not later than 11 September 2020 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
