The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No. 17, Chartridge) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No. 17, Chartridge) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding on foot, horseback, or riding apedal cycle, except for access, in Public Bridleway No. 17, Chartridge, from Asheridge Road for adistance of approximately 40 metres. The closure is required whilst surface repair works take place and it is anticipated that the works will commence on 12 June 2020 and will take approximately 6months to complete. The alternative route whilst the closure is effective is via the existing public highway network. The Order will come into operation on 12 June 2020, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Rockwell End Hill, Hambleden in the Parish of Hambleden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rockwell End Hill for adistance of approxiately 50 metres. Alternative route: Rockwell End Lane, Colstrope Lane, Bottom Hill, Skirmett Road, Rectory Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water service pipe repair in the carriageway works take place commencing on 30 June 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 30 June 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 12 June 2020

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (The Vale, Hawridge in the Parish of Cholesbury-cum-St. Leonards CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in The Vale for adistacne of approximately 997 metres. Alternative route: Vale Road, Nashleigh Hill, Ashley Green Road, Chesham Road, A41 Junc With A416 Chesham Road Westbound Onslip, A41 From Junc With A416 Chesham Road To Junc With A4251 Tring Road, A41/tring Road Westbound Offslip, A41 Interchange Tring, Fox Road, The Twist, Hemp Lane, Wiggington Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach cabling works take place commencing on 17 June 2020 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 June 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 3F, Coleshill) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2020 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 3F, Coleshill, at the footbridge near Bottrells Lane at OS grid reference SU96085.94704. The closure is required whilst footbridge repair works take place and it is anticipated that the works will commence on 19 June 2020 and will take approximately 6months to complete. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be via the existing public highway network. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 June 2020, as signed, with amaximum duration of 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council [Abbey Barn Lane, High Wycombe] (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2020 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to impose a[40] miles per hour speed restriction on that length of [Abbey Barn Lane], for the entire length. This Order provides for the revocation of any speed limit operative prior to this Order coming into effect relating to that length of [Abbey barn Lane, High Wycombe] as described above to the extent that this Order takes effect. The council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Temporary Prohibition of through Traffic) (Various roads, Wycombe) Order, 2020, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [Wycombe] as specified in the Schedule below. The closures are required whilst surfacing works take place between [22 June 2020] and [07 August 2020]. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 June 2020 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with amaximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE -"AR" ^Alternative Route Missenden Road, Ellesborough from Lodge Hill to Longdown Hill. AR-Rignall Road, Aylesbury Road, London Road, Wendover Bypass, Small Dean Lane, South Street, Pound Street, Ellesborough Road, Wendover Road and Missenden Road. Kelvin Close, High Wycombe for the enitre length. AR-No Diversion. Rayners Avenue, High Wycombe for the enitre length. AR-Robinson Road, Hammerlsey Lane and London Road. PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allow coordination of anumber of works, and flexibility given their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on one.network when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Holtspur Lane, Beaconsfield in the Parish of Beaconsfield CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Holtspur Lane for either side of the railway bridge. Alternative route: Forty Green Road, Penn Road, Station Road, Gregories Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Network rail brickwork repairs will take place commencing on 6July 2020 between 07:30 and 17:30, Carriageway will be open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6July2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council in the Parish of (Chesham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Wey Lane, Missenden Road and Church Street from Missenden Road for adistanceofapproximately 50m from Wey Lane, from Church Street from junction of Wey Lane to Pednormead End, Wey Lane for adistance of approximately 100m. Alternative route: Missenden Road, Chesham Road, Frith Hill, Missenden Bypass, London Road, Amersham Road, Keepers Lane, Amersham Bypass, High Street, Gore Hill, The Broadway, Market Square, Church Street, Rectory Hill, Red Lion Street, St Marys Way and vice versa. The closure is required whilst trial holes take place commencing on 22 June 2020. This will be a24houraday road closure. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 June 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
