Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at 181 Cowley Road, Oxford, 0X4 1UT (and the land to the rear of this property).
I hereby give notice that Ashken Ltd has applied to Oxford City Council for planning permission for the provision of a single storey rear extension and the change of use of the rear part of the ground floor retail unit to provide 1no 1-bed flat, with private amenity space, and bin and cycle storage. The application site area is shown below:

Any owner or tenant of the red edged land who wishes to make representations about this planning application, should write to: Planning and Development Control, Oxford City Council, St Aldates Chambers, 109-113 St Aldates, Oxford, 0X1 5BD within 21 days from the date on this notice.
