The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Chapman Lane, Bourne End in the Parish of Little Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Chapman Lane, Bourne End in the Parish of Little Marlow CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chapman Lane from The Close for adistance of approximately 121 metres. Alternative route: Chapman Lane, Green Dragon Lane, Blind Lane, Marlow Road, Elm Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water service pipe repair works take place commencing on 6April 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hollow Way Lane, Chesham Bois in the Parish ofChesham Bois CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hollow Way Lane from Gayton Close for approximately 50 metres. Alternative route: Bois Lane, Bois Moor Road, Bois Hill, Moor Road, Waterside, Latimer Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water relay long service pipe works take place commencing on 6April 2020 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Dobsons Lane, Fawley in the Parish of Fawley CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Dobsons Lane for adistance of approximately 240m. Alternative route: Roundhouse Lane, Dudley Lane, Cockslease Lane, Unnamed--single Carriageway (36212234), Unnamed--single Carriageway (36205837), Bosmore Lane, Church Lane, Dobsons Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach ducting works take place commencing on 23 March 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 March 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Valley Road, Hughenden in the Parish of Hughenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Valley Road for adistance of approximately 2136 metres. Alternative route: Cryers Hill Road, Missenden Road, Wycombe Road, High Street, Martinsend Lane, Link Road, Missenden Bypass, London Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Bypass, Whielden Lane, Penn Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Hill, Crendon Street, Easton Street, Queen Victoria Road, Abbey Way Gyratory, Abbey Way, Arch Way, Glenisters Road, Hughenden Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst rainline surfacing works take place commencing on 1April 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Memorial Road, Hampden Row in the Parish ofGreat and Little Hampden CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Memorial Road for adistance of approximately 230 metres. Alternative route: Memorial Road, Bryants Bottom Road, Hampden Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach works in the carriageway, unable to maintain safe working take place commencing on 6April 2020between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (School Lane, Penn Street in the Parish of Penn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in School Lane for adistance ofapproximately 318 metres. Alternative route: Penn Street, Amersham Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN electric installation works take place commencing on 6April 2020 between 09:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (A4154 Rickmansworth Road, Amersham in the Parish of Amersham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in A4154 Rickmansworth Road for adistance of approximately 60 metres. Alternative route: Sycamore Road, Chesham Road, Rickmansworth Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN new connection works take place commencingon15April 2020 between 08:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 15 April 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that on 13th March 2020, Buckinghamshire County Council made the Buckinghamshire County Council (Wycombe District) (Consolidation) order 2014 (Amendment no.1045) Order 2020 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 30th March 2020, is to formalize the traffic regulation order used to introduce sections of no waiting at any time on Cedar Avenue, Upper Lodge Lane, Roberts Ride, Shepherds Lane and Fox Field, Hazlemere; Acopy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of roads affected, together with acopy ofthe Statement ofReasons for proposing to make the Order, can be viewed on the Buckinghamshire County Council website. If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement ofthis Act or ofany instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from the 30th March 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
