NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order will further amend the (Girdlestone Road) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2006, the (Marston South) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007, and the (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007 with the following effects:

1. Warren Crescent - to reduce the overall length of Permit Holders Parking Places 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) on the southeast bend of the outer perimeter, replacing approx. 28 metres of parking with 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines).



2. Ferry Road - to allow each of Nos.19A & 19B to apply for one residents permit each per property only.



3. Sunderland Avenue -



a) to enable the creation of a new access to property at No.53, a single section of 'Permit holders parking places' will be adjusted & replaced by 2 separate permit holders parking spaces, separated by 'No Waiting at Any Time' (double yellow lines).



b) to remove the 6 flats at No.53 from eligibility to apply for residents & visitors parking permits.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the address below no later than the 28 February 2020. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public. (Ref. CM.12.6.320)_

(VARIOUS STREETS COWLEY AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION)

CONSOLIDATION (VARIATION No.**) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council

proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposal is to introduce Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting at Any Time) in parts of the following roads:

Don Bosco Close Northeast side, from Junction Road for 16 metres, and from a point 27 metres northeast of Junction Road to the kerb line of that section of the Close containing Nos. 34 to 47; southwest side from Junction Road for 35 metres. Kirby Place south side from Temple Road to No.7; and for 6 metres from Temple Road on the north side. SherAfzal Close Both sides from Temple Road for its full length; The Oval All around the inner edge of the roundabout; and on the outer edge for all except the layby on the west side. The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Streets Cowley Area) (Traffic Regulation), Oxford) Consolidation Order 1997 (as amended) will be amended accordingly.
