NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders will further amend the (Oxford - Divinity Road Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2012, (Headington West) (Controlled Parking Zone) Order 2000, (Headington Central) (Controlled Parking Zone and Various Restrictions) Order 2005, and the (North Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007. The effect of the proposal, in line with planning permissions, is to remove eligibility for residents at the following addresses to apply for Residents and Visitors Permits:

? Divinity Road Area - Nos.14 & 16 Tawney Street



? Headington Central - Nos.77Ato 81A inclusive London Road.



? Headington West (A) - No.142 Headley Way



? North Summertown - (6 apartments at) 53 Sunderland Avenue.



? There is also a minor administrative change to the wording in the 'Divinity Road' Order to clarify the numbers of permits that are eligible for each property.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the address below no later than 07 February 2020. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public. (Ref. CM.12.6.320)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council

proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Oxfordshire County Council (The City of Oxford) (Central Area) (Traffic Management) (Consolidation) Order 2003 will be further amended accordingly. The effect of the Order is to further restrict access through the rising bollards situated in Turl Street near Market Street and in Oriel Square towards Merton Street. Certain limited classes of vehicle are variously authorised by the City Council to proceed through the bollards (some drivers of which have possession of a key or other device) and this will be withdrawn as alternative means of access are available.
