NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDERS SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire Watlington Footpath No. 36 Modification Order 2019

The above Order made on 19 December 2019, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-

Adding to them the footpath from Watlington Footpath No. 27 at St Leonard's Church car park at grid reference SP 6848 9469 running in a generally south-easterly, easterly, then north-easterly direction for approximately 101 metres to a point situated at grid reference SP 6857 9471 then turning to run in a generally south-easterly direction where it crosses a stream, continuing for approximately 60 metres to a junction with Watlington Footpath No. 27 at Church Meadow at grid reference SP 6860 9466.

The Oxfordshire County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire Great Haseley Footpath No. 35 Modification Order 2020

The above Order made on 19 December 2019, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-

Adding to them the footpath in Great Haseley from Footpath No. 29 (Back Way) at grid reference SP 6403 0188, south for approximately 21 metres to grid reference SP 6403 0186 at Lewington Close, then south-south-easterly following the pavement of Lewington Close for approximately 19 metres to grid reference SP 6404 0185 at Rectory Road.

The Oxfordshire County Council Addition of Restricted Byway No. 20 (including the Upgrading of Footpath No 9 (Parts)) Parish of Chalgrove Modification Order 2019

The above Order made on 19 December 2019, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-

Recording a restricted byway from the junction with High Street and The Green, Chalgrove at grid

reference SU 6367 9691, south-south-west for approximately 280 metres to SU6358 9666 at the

junction with Chalgrove FP21 and then south-east for approximately 120 metres and then east

for 10 metres to the church yard of St Mary's Church at SU 6366 9656.

AND Upgrading from footpath to restricted byway from SU 6366 9685 south-south-west

approximately 37 metres to SU 6365 9683 and from SU 6358 9666 south west for approximately

42 metres to the junction with Chalgrove Footpaths 8 and 22atSU 6355 9663.

AND Varying the particulars of those previously recorded public rights of way affected by the Order.

The above Order made on 19 December 2020, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:-

Adding to them the footpath from Harwell Footpath 21 at grid reference SU 50792 89504 running

southeast for approximately 5 metres to SU 50796 89500 then north-east for approximately

465 metres to the southern boundary of the Wantage Road at SU 51138 89789

AND the footpath from Didcot Footpath 18 at grid reference SU 51223 88893 running east for

approximately 291 metres to the western boundary of Park Road at SU 51513 28911

AND the footpath From Didcot Footpath 35 at grid reference SU 50866 90910 running east for

approximately 324 metres to Didcot Footpath 34 at SU 51189 90916

AND the footpath from the Didcot Road at grid reference SU 50605 189636 running southeast for

approximately 233 metres to Didcot Footpath 31 atSU 50792 89504

AND the footpath from Harwell Bridleway 1 at grid reference SU 49892 90717 running east for

approximately 365 metres to Harwell Footpath 23 at SU 50252 90688

AND varying the particulars of those previously recorded public rights of way affected by the Order.

If no representations or objections are duly made to any of the orders, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the orders to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the orders. If any of the orders are submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with them.
