(CHESTERTON PARISH, SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 25 November 2019 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 2 December extends the 30mph limit in The Hale southwards by 180 meters to cover the new development area (in place of the 'unrestricted' 60mph limit). The Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Chesterton Parish) Order 2015 is revoked/replaced. Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Islip ? Middle Way Prohibition of Through Traffic Date ofOrder: 25 November 2019 Coming into force: 2 December 2019 This Order is being introduced because of mains sewer works which are anticipated to be completed on 13 December 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Middle Way. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Middle Street-High Street-North Street and vice versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T6790/RAG)
