(DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - OXFORD) (VARIATION No.xx) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order will further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Disabled Persons Parking Places - Oxford) Order 2010 with the effect of removing Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) as shown in 'A' below, and providing new DPPPs as shown in 'B'. There are also minor administrative changes only to clarify some descriptions of various parking places. A - Disabled Persons Parking Places to be removed: Cricket Road, Kingston Road, East Street, Oakthorpe Road (north side east of Stratfield Road), Bath Street, Hurst Street, Rose Hill service road, Samphire Road* (south side in parking area near No.27) and Stainfield Road.

B - New Disabled Parking Places proposed:

Godstow Road

Northeast side, outside No.118

Oakthorpe Road

South side, near Nos.37/39

Alma Place

West side, outside Nos.2/3

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the address given below (or via the web address above) no later than 20 December 2019. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public. (VARIOUS ROADS - SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMITTED PARKING) (VARIATION NO.**) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council

proposes to make above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order will further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2008. On the new residential development off London Road, it is proposed to introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' (Double Yellow Lines) in:

Breame Oak Drive as follows:

? West & South sides - from its junction with London Road, north & westwards for 94 metres;



? East & North sides - from London Road, north & westwards for 100 metres;



? North side-from its junction with Ochre Close, eastwards for 15 metres;



? South & East sides - from 55 metres north of London Road, north & eastwards for 20 metres.



In Ochre Close there will be adjustments to existing No Waiting as follows:

? Both sides - from London Road northwards for 12 metres;



? West & South sides - from 35 metres north of London Road, north & westwards for 40 metres and



? on the North side - from Breame Oak Drive, westwards for 20 metres.
