NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND

STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

The Oxfordshire County Council, Chesterton Footpath No 11 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019.

The Order, made on 4th November 2019, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 616m of Chesterton FP 11 running from OS Grid Reference SP 5458 2220 north-westwards past Chesterton Fields Farm to SP 5418 2266 to a line running for 841m around the farm from SP 5458 2220 north-north-eastwards to SP 5463 2233 then north-north-westwards and then overall westwards to SP 5418 2266 where it re-joins the existing path as shown on the Order map.

Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND, at the price of £3.50 per Order.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND not later than 20th December 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. The County Council will consider all correspondence received in response to this Notice of the Order making. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
