NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND
STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council, Blewbury Footpath No 3 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019.
The Order, made on 20th September 2019, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 352m of Blewbury Footpath No 3 running from OS Grid Reference SU 5463 8629 east-north-eastwards to SU 5472 8632 and then north-north-eastwards to its termination at the Hagbourne/Aston Upthorpe Road at SU 5480 8656 to a new line running for 388m from OS Grid Reference
SU 5463 8629 north-north-eastwards to SU 5471 8658
immediately south of the Hagbourne/Aston Upthorpe road then south-south-eastwards to the same termination point at the Hagbourne/Aston Upthorpe Road at SU 5480 8656 as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford
OX11ND not later than 22st November 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
The County Council will consider all correspondence received in response to this Notice of the Order making. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
