ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Netherton, unnamed road leading to Northfield Farm Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 12 August 2019 Coming into force: 19 August 2019 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway patching works which are anticipated to be completed on 30 August 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the un-named road between the Netherton Lane/Marsh Lane, crossroads, Netherton; and the A415 at Appleton Road crossroads, Longworth. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Netherton Road, Appleton and Oaksmere Road, Appleton to the A420, and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T6837/RAG)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Stanton Harcourt - B4449 & Stanton Harcourt Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 27 August 2019 Coming into force: 2 September 2019 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway patching works which are anticipated to be completed on 13 September 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of the B4449 from Eynsham leading into Stanton Harcourt Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.

Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Eynsham, the B4449 Oxford Road/ A40 to Ducklington, A415 south to the B4449 for Hardwick and Stanton Harcourt, and vice versa. Traffic entering Stanton Harcourt Road from South Leigh will proceed as directed by staff on site. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T6959/RAG)
