Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Milton, A4130 30mph Speed Limit Date of Order: 29 July 2019 - Coming into force: 5 August 2019 This Order is being introduced to allow vehicles safe access/egress at a development site which is anticipated to take until 12 October 2019 complete.
The effect of the Order is to temporarily reduce the 40mph speed limit to of 30 mph from Milton Gate to Frank Williams Avenue. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.
The relevant part of the Oxfordshire County Council (Didcot Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2019 shall be suspended for the duration of the works. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref.T6772) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order Chalgrove, Rushy Farrow Lane Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 15 July 2019 - Coming into force: 22 July 2019 This Order is being introduced because of water mains works which are anticipated to be completed on 2 August 2019. The effect of the order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Rushy Farrow Lane. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Monument Road.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. T6649/RAG

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Benson, Castle Square area Prohibition of Through Traffic and Waiting Date of Order: 29 July 2019 - Coming into force: 5 August 2019 This Order is being introduced for highway maintenance works which are anticipated to take 11 days to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding or waiting in the whole lengths of Castle Square, Castle Close and Mill Lane. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic affected is via Church Road - St Helens Avenue - Old London Road and vice versa.
This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Sutton Courtenay, Harwell Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 20 May 2019 - Coming into force: 2 August 2019 This Order was introduced because of gas mains replacement works which are anticipated to take 8 days to complete. The start date has changed to 2 August. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in part of Harwell Road north of Bradstocks Way. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Milton, Drayton and Sutton Courtenay. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.SJ/T6725)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Wytham, Footpath No.419/3 Closure Date of Order: 29 July 2019 - Coming into force: 5 August 2019 This Order is being introduced because of environmental works which are anticipated to be completed on 25 October 2019. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily footpath No.419/3 from the Weir on Seacourt Stream to the North West riverbank. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of footpath. Appropriate signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The diversion route is via a parallel path outside the works area. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order Prohibition of Through Traffic and Waiting Faringdon, Canada Lane area Date of Order: 29 July 2019 - Coming into force: 7 August 2019 This Order is being introduced because of resurfacing works which are anticipated to be completed on 13 August 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding or waiting in the whole lengths of The Pines, Cedar Road, Chestnut Road, Maple Road, Meadow Bank & Ash Close. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of road. 2. (SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE DISTRICT) (DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT No.14) ORDER 20** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Orders will further amend the Oxfordshire County Council (Vale of White Horse District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Order 2006, and the Oxfordshire County Council (South Oxfordshire District) (Disabled Persons Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2006.
The effects of the proposals are to provide additional Disabled Persons Parking Places (and remove one no longer required) as outlined below.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations, should be sent in writing to the address (or via the web address above) no later than 16 August2019. The County Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
