Johnson David Ian Passed away peacefully on 30 March 2012, aged 46, after a courageous battle with cancer. Dearly loved husband of Michelle, devoted father to Lauren, Emily and Georgina, son of Roy and brother to Mark. Cherished family member of Sandra, Darren, Max, Emma, Abbie and Ellen. Will be much missed by all family and friends who knew him. A service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held on Friday 13th April, at 2pm, St Mary’s Church Chalgrove, Oxfordshire.
