HUGHES Dr Patrick M Formally of The University of Reading, Guidance and Counselling Unit. Died 19th March 2012 at Bridge House Nursing Home,Twyford. Much loved and sadly missed by wife Monica, son Brendan and daughter Ellen. Friends, colleagues and former students welcome on Friday 13th April at 1pm, Requiem Mass, St Thomas More, Twyford RG10 9EL, and/or 2.30pm. A celebration of Patrick’s life at Easthampstead Crematorium, RG40 3DN. Followed by coffee and cake at Patrick’s favourite tea shop.
