COOK Evelyn (Cookie) On March 16th 2012, peacefully in Brooklands Nursing Home (Banbury) aged 90 years. Formerly of Sarsden and Shipton under Wychwood. She will be sadly missed by Peter, John and all her family and friends. Funeral service at Banbury Crematorium on Thursday, 5th April at 12.00 noon. A Service of Thanksgiving will take place at Shipton under Wychwood Parish Church on Wednesday, 11th April at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only, donations if desired for Hearing Dogs for the Deaf c/o J&M Humphris, 32 Albert Street, Banbury OX16 5DG
