SWEENEY Frank Peacefully at the Churchill Hospital on 15th September 2011, aged 78 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Paula. A loving dad and stepdad. Adored grandad and great grandad. Son-in-law, father-in-law & friend to many. He was loved by all and will be sadly missed by the lives he touched. Funeral service at St Anthony of Padua RC Church, Headley Way on Friday 30th September at 11.00am, followed by cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for The Haematology Ward Churchill Hospital may be sent c/o S&R Childs, 10 The Parade, Kidlington,OX5 1EE. Thanks to you all at the Haematology Ward Churchill Hospital for your amazing kindness and support. It only takes a little space to write how much we miss you, but it will take the rest of our lives to forget the way we lost you. R.I.P
