James Joan Mary Wife of Percy (Pic), died suddenly on 27th August 2011. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on Monday 12th September at 12.45pm. No flowers, donations if desired to Woodstock Surgery. Grateful thanks to the paramedics and staff at the John Radcliffe Hospital, also Woodstock Surgery for their wonderful care of Joan
