GENTRY William Herbert Passed away peacefully at the Churchill Hospital on 25th August 2011 aged 93 years. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at the Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 7th September at 3.45pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired in tribute to Ward 15, Urology, Churchill Hospital c/o D L Hancock Ltd, Funeral Directors, Chapel House 13 North Street, Bicester, OX26 6NA, 01869 344200
