HODKIN Juliet Karen (nee Self) Died peacefully at Katharine House Hospice, Adderbury on 7th August 2011, aged 48 years. Mother of Lucy and Alice, wife of Simon, sister of Philip and Alexander, daughter of Richard and Margaret Self. Teacher of many primary school children since 1985 in Yeovil (Somerset) Norbury (South London) Ashurst Wood (West Sussex) and Banbury (Oxfordshire). A Humanist ceremony will be held on 26th August at Oxford Crematorium at 10.30am.
