HAYWARD Dorothy AMENDMENT - Date Change. Passed away peacefully on 2nd June 2011, aged 92. She will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral service on Thursday 16th June, Holy Trinity Church, Headington Quarry at 3.15pm. Family flowers only but donations please for CLIC Sargent c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, Holyoake Hall, London Road, Headington OX3 9ED.
