PERKS Tony Passed away peacefully at the JR Hospital on 26th April 2011, aged 73. Father of Stephen, Caroline and Bampy to Adam. Sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at St Mary and St Nicholas Church, Littlemore on Friday 13th May at 3pm followed by cremation. Flowers or Donations to MacMillan Nurses c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 2 Hendred Street, Cowley, OX4 2ED
