Belcher Joan Passed away on the 21st April, 2011 after a long illness. A much loved mother, grandmother and sister. Funeral service to take place at 1.30pm on Friday the 6th of May 2011 at Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers please. Donations are gratefully received for COPD.
