BUTLER Anthony John On 13 November 2010, in Sobell House Hospice, Oxford, aged 65. Husband of Ann and father of Catherine and James. Requiem Mass at The Oxford Oratory on 23rd November at 11.00am followed by private family burial. Received into the church 22nd November at 5.30pm. No flowers. Donations, if desired, to Sobell House Hospice Charity c/o S & R Childs, 4 Elms Parade, Botley, Oxford OX2 9LG. Requiescat in pace
