WILLIAMS Roy Francis Passed away peacefully on October 19th aged 69 years. Will be sadly missed by Pat, all his family and friends. Funeral service at Oxford Crematorium on November 1st at 12.45pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Sir Michael Sobell House, c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, The Cemetary Lodge, Tower Hill, Witney OX28 5ES. Tel: 01993 706778.
