BOWEN Joan Passed peacefully away at Sobell House on 29 September 2010 aged 84. Much loved wife of Hugh, mother of Carl, mother-in-law of Nicola and nan of Gary and the late Tina. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Friday 8 October at Oxford Crematorium at 11.15 am.
