SMITH Nigel 'Smudge' Passed away on 21 August 2010. Beloved husband, father, son, brother and grandfather. Funeral Service to be held at the Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 1 September at 12:45pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Neuro ICU at the JR c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare 2 Hendred Street, Oxford OX4 2ED.
